Landscape Designer
Full-Time Position
3-5 years experience preferred. Must be able work with clients to determine their needs. Must be able to read blueprints as well as create them. Have knowledge of hardscape product and installation techniques. Must have regional plant knowledge. Leadership skills needed to direct multiple 2-3 man crews as well as working with clients to ensure a professional, finished project. Must have knowledge in landscape layout for functionality as well as aesthetics. Must be able to work a flexible schedule during periods of increased customer volume, work independently and productively, manage time properly, keep detailed records, and be professional in appearance. Having a basic understanding of exterior lighting, water features, irrigation and outdoor living spaces is preferred. Competitive wages. Irrigation Technician
Full-Time Position.
Irrigation Technician needed to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems, including checking systems for proper operation and timing. Position may include participating in the design or modification of new or existing systems. Will include performing seasonal maintenance such as charging and draining systems and maintaining inventory of related parts and supplies. May lead workers on irrigation projects and work on other grounds related assignments as needed.
Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of tools, equipment, techniques, materials, and methods of irrigation system design, installation, and maintenance. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to operate equipment such as trenching machines, digging tools and other related grounds/landscape equipment. Able to lead and direct the work of others and work in safe and efficient manner.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Two years irrigation installation and maintenance experience. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift. Must be able to work outdoors in different weather and temperature conditions.

Lawn & Garden Equipment Mechanic
Full-Time Position.
We service both commercial and consumer equipment including Exmark, Cub Cadet, Toro, Stihl, EGO and ECHO brands and more.
2-3 years of Equipment Repair Shop experience required. Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities include performing repairs on equipment including riding mowers, zero turn mowers, and landscape equipment. Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems and 2 cycle/4 cycle small engines needed. Must be organized with excellent communication skills and a dedicated Team Player who can provide expert service to customers. Must have time management skills and the ability to follow directions. Must be able to use a computer, look up parts and give accurate estimates. Candidate needs to have their own set of tools. Welding and fabricating experience a plus. Class E license preferred or willing to obtain one. Must be people friendly. Pay will be based on experience.

This position involves supervising office operations and communicating with departments, vendors, customers and employees. Duties include bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll and employee benefits. This includes lawn mowing, trimming, planting, and weed control. Candidate needs to be able to schedule several crews for regular maintenance services and additional job requests and supervise the work being done. Must understand the importance of quality workmanship and be able to instruct staff to maintain quality standards in their work. A Missouri driver’s license and chauffer’s license are required.
